3 separate people alerted us to this little dogs desperate plight, and despite our allocated space in our vets clinic being full to over-flowing, and our medical expenses going through the roof, we of course couldn’t turn a disabled dog in need away and she is now on her way to our clinic… we’ve named her Jossie…
Her X-Rays showed no spinal damage, however she does have old trauma to her hips, knees and ankles which have ankylosed and caused her legs to stay stiff and straight – she has very little movement at all. At this late stage in the trauma, there is very little that can be done for her condition.
Our vets say she is a really lovely, gentle soul, so sweet and enjoys attention. ♥ The vets tried her in Rina‘s wheelchair and she took to it immediately, so now we need to raise the money for a cart of her own. ♥
She will therefore spend the next 3 weeks at our clinic receiving supportive care and good food so she can then travel to a foster home in Germany.
PLEASE if you can help us with Jossie’s treatment and expenses we would be very, very grateful. Our clinic costs are rising by the day and without your help we simply can’t help anymore dogs at the moment.
Thank you from K9 Rescue and Jossie ♥
And if anyone would like to adopt Jossie, please contact us! Thank you ♥
